A containerized air decompression chamber is a complete hyperbaric decompression system built inside a standard offshore container, giving diving contractors a chamber, control panel, and diving air panel that can be lifted, transported, and connected on site without a separate build-out. This unit houses a 60 inch (1500 mm) twin-lock decompression chamber built to ASME PVHO-1 and ASME Section VIII standards, along with a chamber control panel and a diving air panel designed to IMCA D023 and certified to IMCA D018. Being CCS class approved, the chamber shell comes with class witnessed drawings and a classed stamped nameplate, so it can be verified and accepted for offshore diving operations without additional third-party inspection delays. This is what separates a containerized ADC from a standalone chamber skid, everything from breathing air supply to diver monitoring is already integrated and tested before it reaches site.

Our containerized air decompression chamber with diving air panel is designed and built to meet internationally recognized commercial diving and pressure vessel standards. The chamber shell is designed to ASME Section VIII Division 1 (2025) and ASME PVHO-1 (2023), and carries CCS class approval with witnessed drawings and a classed stamped nameplate. The system is designed compliant with IMCA D018 for the examination, testing and certification of diving plant and systems, and IMCA D023 for surface oriented air diving system design. The container itself is built on a DNV or ISO standard offshore frame fitted with DNV 2.7-1 certified lifting pad eyes for offshore handling.
