DIVING EQUIPMENTS
J. K. Subsea Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted Diving Machinery Container manufacturer and supplier, building the 10ft Diving Machinery Container, Model No. JK10FMC, a standard ISO container modified to house compressor and gas bank equipment for commercial diving operations. Keeping the compressors and gas storage in their own dedicated container keeps the dive control panel free of noise and heat, so dive teams get a reliable, self-contained air supply wherever the job takes them.
DIVING EQUIPMENTS
J. K. Subsea Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted portable SRP container manufacturer and supplier, building the 10 ft Portable SRP Container for diving teams that need a complete surface supplied dive control station in one compact, liftable unit. The container carries a 3 diver air panel, a 9 cylinder breathing air quad, and a full diving set for three divers, so the supervisor and the dive team arrive on site with everything in one place. It is built to IMCA D018 and IMCA D040, the guideline for mobile and portable surface supplied diving systems.
SRP stands for scuba replacement package. In a scuba replacement system, the divers breathe from high pressure cylinder banks through a surface panel and umbilical, instead of wearing their own scuba sets or being fed by a compressor. The 10 ft Portable SRP Container takes that idea and puts it in a small offshore style container. Inside, the supervisor has a control desk, a 3 diver air panel, monitors, and the cylinder quad, while the divers’ suits, helmets, umbilicals, lights, and cameras travel in the same unit. The small footprint suits vessels with limited deck space and projects that move often, because the whole dive station can be lifted and set down as one piece.
Our 10 ft SRP container, also used as a containerized dive control station, is set up so a three diver team can start work without sourcing extra equipment.
Our portable SRP container supports surface supplied diving jobs that need a self contained control point and a small footprint.
Vessels With Limited Deck Space: The 10 ft size fits where a larger dive control container would not.
Inshore and Offshore Inspection Diving: Gives a three diver team a full control station for inspection and maintenance work.
Marine and Civil Construction Diving: Supports diving on ports, jetties, bridges, and other structures that need frequent mobilisation.
Mobile Diving Projects: One liftable unit makes it easier to move from site to site.
Backup Dive Station: A compact second unit for fleets that already run a larger diving spread.
