DIVING EQUIPMENTS
J. K. Subsea Engineering Pvt. Ltd. builds the Optimized Air Decompression Chamber, Model No. JK-ADC-OP, a containerized decompression chamber designed to give diving contractors the core functionality of a full twin lock system while trimming the gauge sizes, regulator sourcing, and internal fit-out down to what a standard operation actually needs. Housed in a 20ft offshore container fitted with a DNV 2.7-1 lifting padeye, it carries the same 60 inch twin lock chamber shell and ASME PVHO build quality as our other chambers, just configured as a leaner, more economical package.
This chamber takes the same 60 inch, ASME PVHO rated twin lock shell used across our decompression range and pairs it with a scaled down control panel and support system, aimed at operators who want a fully functional chamber without paying for capacity or redundancy they won’t use. Gauges on the control panel run smaller than our standard builds, the HP air and oxygen regulator is sourced from J. K. Subsea’s own manufacturing rather than a third party brand, and the internal fit-out covers the essentials, lighting, a camera in the main lock, fire suppression, and a built in breathing system, without the extra duplication found on our TPI approved mix gas or control panel chambers. The shell itself is still constructed to ASME Section VIII Division 1, PVHO-1 (2022), and DNV TPI approved drawings, Design complaint with IMCA guideline D018 and D023 carrying a DNV stamped nameplate, so build quality on the pressure vessel itself is not reduced.
Standard Offshore Diving Spreads: Suits operations that need a reliable twin lock chamber without the added equipment of a full spec build.
Dive Support Vessel Operations: A 20 ft container footprint that cranes onto a DSV and connects to power with no extra fabrication.
Budget Conscious Diving Contractors: Gives smaller operators access to a properly built ASME PVHO chamber at a lower equipment cost.
Secondary or Backup Chamber Units: A cost effective second chamber for fleets that already run a fully equipped unit elsewhere.
Recompression Treatment: Twin lock design still allows an attendant to enter the entry lock while a diver remains under pressure in the main lock.
