The company was officially founded under the name J K Engineering Works, beginning its journey with a small lathe workshop that laid the groundwork for our future endeavors in the engineering sector.
In this pivotal year, we seized a significant opportunity to embark on our very first offshore diving project, which marked a crucial expansion of our service offerings.
We established a well-organized office and a fully equipped workshop that adhered to high-quality machining standards, leading to our formal registration as J K Subsea Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
We began collaborating with offshore contractors, and our diving system underwent rigorous inspection by DNV, culminating in the achievement of ISO 9001 certification.
We reached a significant milestone by proudly delivering our diving products to the Indian Navy for the very first time, solidifying our reputation in the industry.
In response to the pandemic, we made a conscious decision to serve our nation by supplying essential medical equipment to hospitals.
We marked another important milestone by establishing a new branch of J K Subsea Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in Bilaspur, India.
We achieved certification for both ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and established a dedicated fabrication workshop for our diving equipment.
We obtained IMCA certification, forged continuous partnership with the Indian Navy, and established our sister company in Saudi Arabia.
